That Cho chance still doing my head in. It was so clear the defender was only looking to block the pass and gave Cho the opportunity to run straight at goal. Honestly our attackers are fecking brain dead when they get near the oppositions goal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cho looks like a nail....I'd actually like to tap him with a hammer & knock some football sense into him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd also like that we got shot of him...& Pulisic - fack useless the pair of then
I see captain cockwomble is back then...

I’m just learning that CHo’s intercepted pass apparently hit defenders arm? And like with the Mount foul there was no replay, no VAR, no commentator analysis
If it were outside the box it would’ve just been a yellow anyway

Any news on RJ injury?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Apparently it's hamstring. Left the stadium on crutches so don't expect to see him back anytime soon tbh.
We'll probably need both wb cover in the market.
Now the objective is definitely just making sure we achieve top 4 with relative comfort. Funny how we end up in the same place that we were in ever since 2017.
When everyone’s back we should be able to have a good go at the FA Cup and CL.
Well, everyone apart from Chilwell, who will be a big problem in the CL games
Anyone disagree that both Pulisic and Cho need to be moved on this summer ? If so I'd like to know their reasons. Purely from an interesting football perspective in case I'm missing something with them.
I suppose there's an argument to keep Cho as a squad player but his wages are a huge problem as he's being paid important first teamer wages.
No one would pay his wages tho anyway.
I don’t mind CHO as a backup still because he’s quite young and could get better.
Pulisic I don’t really know what to say. He’s injured far too much, which means no one’s gonna pay a big fee for him. When he’s in full gear I’m a big fan, like under Lampard. But seems like it takes him a while to reach those levels after injuries…and then he gets injured again.
I also do feel like Pulisic has never gotten an extended run in his best position under TT.
I think Ziyech and Werner are more likely to go this summer
Basically all our attackers bar Lukaku could be let go this summer

In fairness injuries have killed our title chances and that's not an excuse, just a fact as I see it. We must have the worst injury record of any PL team this season. By some distance in fact. And it's clear that our squad players like Cho and Puli aren't up to Chelsea standard sadly.
As mentioned on here yesterday we'd have been a much more potent attacking force if we'd had both Lukaku and Werner playing together this season.

God I hope not re Werner. That would be a colossal error in my opinion. We look like a team missing something when he doesn't play. Regardless of his record in front of goal.
I do agree it’s a shame we haven’t seen more of Lukaku and Werner together.

---------
Yeah this is the thing for me, how long have we seen him in full gear ? Probably less than 20% of his playing career with us. The other 80% of the time he hasn't really been Chelsea standard.
Could be a busy summer again in terms of outgoings and incomings.
Potentially have 3 CBs leaving
Struggling for depth at wb,
Will probably need a CM as Kante and Kovacic play like half the season
Question marks over the forward/wide areas other than Lukaku and Mount

Yeah, I think there's every reason to believe that a fit Lukaku and Werner together light teams up. Really hope we get to see them playing together this season for a period. Surely that's not asking too much.
I wouldn’t say Kovacic is injury prone, but Kante is a big concern. It’s probably too late for PSG to bid a really high amount for him, but I’d be tempted to sell if they did.
Pulisic has been messed around this season tbh. He's played in that false 9 which he can't do very well. Then he's often playing at either wb position.
Not often got a run of games in his favoured position. Another confidence type of player but yeah injured far too often to be trustworthy

As Biggish and others were saying yesterday we should go for Bissouma in the summer. Would solve a lot of problems in midfield with Kante hardly being available these days.
BK was asking this morning about the CHO pass, if it was a handball. Cmf inevitably delivered the goods and well...it's actually ridiculously blatant
https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1476501754200088576/pu/vid/720x900/YmG6arncleZ9wnzl.mp4
not one replay shown afterwards to point that out and not even reviewed by VAR. That should have been a penalty and red card. There's no counterargument for that. People talk about not understanding the handball rules any more, but that's as clear cut as it gets.
CHO now gets a 2/10 from me for yesterday's performance rather than a 1/10.
tbh Mount should have appealed with way more gusto. But he was probably thinking more about the chance at the time. And it's the job of refs and VAR to notice these things instead.
Yeah that is as blatant as can be. Of course nobody in the media will talk about that as we're Chelsea. Poor decisions against us are fine. VAR did it's job
