Colwill is a left footed CB I believe, and has a lot of promise, but I can't see why he'd come back to be 5th/6th choice especially after seeing what Tomori and Guehi have done. I think he will want a PL loan.

Rudiger, Christensen, Kounde, Silva, Chalobah, Azpilicueta would be a decent set of defenders.

Would also mean we could spend money elsewhere in the squad.

Sign Koundé and loan Colwill to a PL club next season, then Colwill can take Silva’s spot the year after

Conte will take the league cup seriously given Spurs need a trophy (despite sacking Mou last season out of fear that he’d win it).

But I don’t think we should prioritise it too much, given our thin the squad looks right now.

Annoying thing is we ca hardly rotate even if we want to lol. Like even if we give Sarr and co a game, half our team will still have to be regular starters.

Rotate half of the team against Spurs and the other half against Chesterfield

I think TT will go full strength vs Spurs and then give everyone a rest and risk a C team vs Chesterfield which could be an embarrassment if we are not careful.
