Moving James to RCB would be a mistake, wastes his shooting/crossing prowess.

Dumfries is alright. I’ve always been for strengthening our wingbacks with strength in depth, however Inwouldnt want Dumfries to replace James at wingback so he can be RCB. Lose a lot offensively if it’s a straight Dumfries James swap

I think he signed a six or seven year deal when he joined, so he's down to his final 2-3 years.

Well he's apparently going to Nice to play in a league that nobody cares about. I'd imagine we'd be a fairly tempting offer compared to that if we offered him a good wage and some guarantees that he'd at least play all domestic cup games for example.

Either way we have to get Kepa off our books. It's ridiculous that he's the highest paid keeper in the PL and he's our number 2. Get shot.

Yeah he wasn't bad. And for the amount we pay him that's the least we should expect of him. He's not good enough to be our number 1 though.

If it means having to pay some of his wages to shift him out on loan then so be it. Ditto Werner for that matter.

Need to stop giving massive wages to players until they actually prove themselves. When Mount and James get wage bumps there will be no issue as we know what they bring and that they can get even better.

So many duds in this squad earning £100k/week plus. Until all the deadwood is gone we won’t be able to maximise the quality of our squad.
