Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Asked about Osimhen’s contract situation at an awards ceremony, he stated: “For Osimhen we are now at the signing stage which has been pending since the summer.”

Why do teams love to incessively pass the ball around the back? We do it way to much especially with the awful kicking of Sanchez and now I am watching wolves do it and it's causing them to constantly be under pressure.....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
THAT FACKIN GRINDS MY GEARS...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Seriously...do we train to do this...for the life of me I cannot see the point...it's like let's see what we can get away with at the back before a team catches us out

STOP IT
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well if you remember a few years back we were getting destroyed by teams that pressed high because we could not play out of the back. Then when Sarri came and then with Tuchel ee became excellent at it for a few seasons.

Agst those teams that press high and press well its essential to be able to play out of the back well.

This

I have 0 problem playing out from the back, but when you do it ALLLLL the time and don't really have the players for it, coupled with our issue of going from attack to passing to our goalkeeper in less than 5 seconds........ especially when we need a goal!

Ok so we're supposedly eyeing up Guehi for £60 million this summer. Why is there no buyback clause ? How are we selling these prospect players without any thought to bringing them back if they excel ?

Are Fofana, Bads and Disasi really any better than Tomori, Guehi and Chalobah

Against the high press Plan B can only really be having a GK with excellent distribution and a top class forward who has oustanding hold up play and good pace.
