My issue is he seems selfish. Now, a bit of selfishness is good as you need players with self belief who will take a shot from 20 yards and drive forward with the ball.

But he also just doesn't see passes at times - like when he broke through for that Jackson chance in the first half. It was like he was determined to score himself when Palmer, Neto and Jackson were all in better positions than him at multiple stages during his run. Not a team player.

This is the kind of game where maresca has to step up and boss it... Either by sorting out what's on the pitch or changing it
