Do Europa league teams drop into this competition?

Because the current standard is a joke

No same format as the CL and EL. Top 8 quality to the last 16. Teams finishing 8-24 play each other.

Serious enough that it gets us into Europa if required. Hopefully our current league position would suggest that we're better than that. Plus all our first teamers will be drafted in for The Knockout phase
