Sheriff - Like i said, i haven't heard anything on Sky. A few of the more reliable people were saying he isn't with the squad. All iv'e seen/heard on SSN is what they said an hour or so ago about his announcement on Twitter.

I am not sure he actually will announce any decision today. It's not the first or even the second time he has said this, is it?

Npe - Well if you look at it this way -

It was all United/City going for him (before we won CL) he then said (before we won CL) that he would announce his decision after his final game with Lille. We then won the CL and he didn't announce anything as he still had things to sort.

L'Equipe yesterday report that he will sign for Chelsea, today he will give an announcement saying which team it is.

I suppose looking at it that way you can see why he didn't say anything after the Lille game if he was still negotiating with us. And if the way i explained it is true then there is something to the story,hopefully.

And i suppose if you look at all the other things, Saha hinting it will be Chelsea. Goal.com (reliable or unreliable, are not a small Twitter account looking to gain followers as they already have thousands) so they have no reason to etc. French Journo's also seem convinced.

There is nothing CONCRETE at all. I doubt Hazard wil lsay anything today. For all we know, Hazard was referring to curtain fittings on twitter
