The good thing about having new players is the other teams don't know what they can do either

If you can put together a longish run of form, you can win the title.

Chelsea chief Michael Emenalo is being linked with a move for Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic.
Jovetic is a favourite of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and is frustrating Fiorentina management by refusing to go public over his commitment to the club.
Now its emerged Emenalo has been spotted in Spanish holiday destination Formentera this week - which is exactly where Jovetic is currently taking his summer break.
Luiz called up for Brazil Olympic squad.
I don't think its fair to judge RDM's ability in the league on his time with us, although admittedly the performances vs. Tottenham and Fulham were a bit worrying. Arsenal, Newcastle, Liverpool etc can be ignored because, as Mr C says the priorities were so obviously elsewhere.
He did a good job at MK Dons and took West Brom up very comfortably. Obviously they are at a lower level, and the challenges are different but they do show he knows how to manage a side over the course of a season.
Its not just what happened after he replaced AVB that convinces me he deserves a chance at the job, its the way he did it. The stories coming out about the motivational video that he played before the final, A.Cole pointing at him, saying 'Its down to you' after we'd won in Munich and the fact that he clearly has the clubs best interests at heart.
Plus we the manager doesn't play a massive role in the rebuilding of the squad with us anyway, he's just there to get the best out of what he's given and RDM seems well able to do that.
I'm glad that Roman's giving him a chance, he deserves it.

Reports that Man City have made contact with Porto over Hulk.
Francois Piraux - Recent performance of "Incrivel" with Brazil convinced Man City to initiate this process. City has contacted the player's entourage
Apparantly City have offered € 55m for Hulk.
Francois Piraux - FC Porto wants to raise the auction to sell the #Hulk as much as possible. Hulk always says, " I want to play in Chelsea", so wait and see.
