Good idea Tusc can I join you.
I'll even attend court to watch the headmaster lie his way into trouble.
Can you prove he's ever done anything illegal though.
Parents association what do they know

Tusc...

Thanks for the invite...!

I agree with lancashire white

"My idea of supporting is going to watch the team I've supported all my life, home and away, as often or as little as I want, through the good and bad times and spending my hard earned cash on the occasion.

Win lose or draw Leeds is my club!

Leeds United till I die, hopefully within that period we'll win some more silverware and return to where I feel we rightfully belong. Having seen success before I want more.

Marching on together, even with the drearies, the slack and the slow witted!"

Cozer :

Following on to your question to MarkoLUFC can I ask you this - Do you think Bates is the club...?

I ask because I don't, I believe he is here only temporarily and will at some stage move on, but the club will remain, hopefully more financially secure than it was when he took over..

It is the club we support, I believe there is a difference between the supporting the club that is Leeds United and supporting Ken Bates who is merely the current custodian.

What do you think...?

It's not just about 'supporting' though is it? It's also about having paid a lot of money to watch a sporting event where you would hope to be entertained by two teams giving their all.

Someone who goes to watch a local football match as a neutral isn't necessarily 'supporting'. And they'd be under no obligation to shout any encouragement, having paid their £30 odd quid.

Personally, I do yell my head off at the footie. Can't help it. But I object to the likes of Shaun Harvey telling us our job is to support. IMO it isn't actually 'our job' to do anything but pay for our seat.
