NewCo in spl?

Of course he does! He knows that the league will be worse off without Rangers.

I want us relegated tho, don't want any special treatment

The man uses examples without understanding that these clubs achieved a cva therefore did not newco.

One word. Daftie.

Sporting integrity is being bound and gagged as we speak. Soon it will be driven out into the woods where it will get its head stoved in by a shovel before being buried in a shallow grave.

Rangers. The gift that keeps on corrupting.

if Rangers Newco are allowed back into the spl,we might as well just shut up shop.

id be happy if you stay in spl as long as you start season with 15 point penalty minimum

otherwise there is no deterrant to clubs doing this again

I don't think many clubs will want to do it. It's been a fairly crap experience.

They should just follow the rules, which as far as I'm aware is relegation to div3.

I am very unsure if I would ever go back to Tannadice if United voted in a debt-free Newco with no sanctions. I still think that this is the wrong decision. Morally the third division is the correct call, however morals and Scottish Football are an alien concept.

I'd be happy for Rangers to remain in the SPL, only with severe restrictions, ie.15 points for three years, financial penalty 75% and all future transfers after the 12 month embargo to be paid up front.

clubs would miss out on 1 mabye 2 gates from rangers fans remember rangers dont goto everyground twice with the split some clubs only get rangers once a season

if a club cant live without 1 decent gate they should not be around

the tv deal may not change

the olf firm im sure would meet in the cups the sfa would "make sure we do" hot baws and all that!!

so we meet twice a season in cups and not 4 times in spl so they lose 2 old firm games on tv hardly massive is it?

I bet you would

This is why we should be relegated. Why should we be crippled for 3 years just to help out SPL clubs keep their sky deal and benefit from the rangers away support filling their coffers every fortnight.

Sorry, but that isn't fair on us- relegate us- that's the rules (I think!)

Agree with this but I'd make it a 25 point deduction, as the tax-dodgers will probably still finish 2nd with a 15 point disadvantage, as they are now.

At least 3 years without an Old Firm game is too long.

Zach I don't want to come across as someone who wants Rangers punished and I am certainly not naive enough to think the league will not suffer badly without the Gers in it. I, probably like everyone else, just wishes top see consistency in regards to rule application. This is why I hat5e the idea of the SPL voting a Newco back in. It's like saying we need you, but we are going to punish you, that's not right for anyone involved.

I have had a season ticket for 15 years and the cash for next years one is sitting in the bank. I am going to hold off to see how this plays out though. That is something that I thought I would never hesitate on.

Sorry Dalriada, what is the point in that, we'd be relegated in the first season.
No club could recover from all those sanctions.

No european football
2 to 3 seasons with 15 points deduction
No transfers - loss of players, therefore basically playing a youth team.
Loss of 75% of all earnings
Not to mention fines

The SPL want Rangers to stay so the other teams (other than Celtic, who don't need it), get the benefit of gate money. Like others I think they should sod off.

We are also told that threatening to boycott away games is not acceptable. Since when do I need the SPL or SFA's permission to decide which games I will or will not attend. My club needs money - I will attend all home games, and donate the money I would have spent at an away game to my club.

I think the quicker we resign from the SPL (before we give them the pleasure of chucking us out), and join the 3rd division, the better.

I have also heard that entry into the 3rd division might be a problem, since Cove Rangers etc should enter first. Well tell that to the 3rd division fans - my partner has supported a 3rd division club for 30 years - 1 home game against Rangers would pay their running costs for the year- so he and other reckon, Division 3 will welcome us with open arms.

How do you clambour?

We are Rangers.

We are the people.

We will rack up millions of pounds of debt. Lord it over the rest. Be number one.

But we will not pay for it.

We will hold a gun to your head. Let us in. If you do not let us in we will wreck this game.

Tax dodging debt bumping cheats.

Any argument?
