Never read truer words spoken, in all my life.
Can't see Bayern scraping past Chelsea either
This article is taking the papiss just like Cisse
Hahaha nice one.
This has made me chuckle in my cornflakes.
I know it's a tongue in cheek article but seriously I'd be gutted for Newcastle if Chelsea win the CL and therefore 4th place does not qualify next year!
Most Newcastle fans didn't want Pardew in the beginning, now he's the Geordies Messiah.
Good luck Newcastle, hope Bayern smash Fat Lampard and his cronies.
I have just reread my comment, firstly I'm shocked nobody picked up on it but more importantly, I'm shocked I typed it - how can one read words which are spoken?
I just lumped it in with all the other rubbish you speak TOOR
Better a one man team than a no man team like Liverpool.
There's always that one......

Stop stealing my jokes, you can't tell them right
Here's one. Probably done the rounds already but was on my Facebook anyhow:-
The Chief Executive of the FA has just spoken to Roy Hodgson telling him "Dont forget we've not got Wayne for the first two matches" to which Hodgson replies "Look the last thing on my mind is the weather forecast!"
Didi
i got slaughtered for saying that Newcastle could struggle next season, fellow reds in particular came on here saying they were embarrassed that they supported the same club as me
i would like to add that some of these reds have previously commented and how good Flannagan and Spearing are
Newcastle are not a good side just like Fulham who won at Anfield for the first time ever, but if we had played a full strength team we could and should have ran riot
Credit to Newcastle for playing above themselves but part of thier success has been down to Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea & Arsenal under performing , you could even mention Everton who started very slow and Villa who would normally be above Newcastle
Flanagan is 19 years old you imbecile. He has performed very well since he was thrusted into the team due to injuries. He has made a couple of errors in recent games but that in no way makes the good performances he has put in disappear. He has plenty of time to improve and will be a very good right-back in the future.
Why is it people always cry out for the youth to be given a chance but when they make an error, which they inevitably will, due to inexperience, they complain about it? With experience, he'll make less mistakes.
I think suggesting that Newcastle are not a good side is a little bit harsh, but I do agree that they have overachieved this season.
I doubt they will make top 6 again next season.
They have been good to watch most of the season though.
Comment by TOOR............Imbecile !!!!!
Thats exactly what i was talking about, so i am an imbecile for having an opinion???
Was Gerrard , Wilstshire, Fowler, Owen, Giggs, Scholes, Nolan, and thousands and thousands of other youngsters pathetic at 19?????
I like to think that i can spot a good or bad player pretty quickly but it is about opinions and i am not always right, and i addmitt it when i have got it wrong but to start name calling is very silly indeed.
i look forward to your apology TOOR

I disagree, Newcastle are a very good TEAM. Their manager plays the players in their correct positions in a system which suits them. They're strong in the middle, pacey and skilful on the wings and have two strikers who are strong, quick and know where the goal is. With another central defender and a full back added, Newcastle will once again be in contention for a top four place.
Whereas we have better players but a worse team. We play a system which doesn;t suit our players and play our players out of position.
Demba Ba
Papisse Cisse
Cabaye
Ben Arfa

All good enough to walk into a any team.
Well done newcastle, you havent overachieved, you have spent astutely and shown pure tekkers.

The thing is, Flanagan hasn't been pathetic but like the others who were threw onto the pitch at 18 and went into their second season at 19, he has made mistakes. Gerrard? Cast your mind back sonny and you'll remember mistakes he made. Passes back to the defence, which strikers got to, long passes fifty yards to the other side of the pitch which defenders got to, or went out of play. Without these mistakes, he wouldn't have improved his pass selection. Players learn from mistakes and if you are a good player at 19 but make a few mistakes, then you can only expect to be a very good player when you get the experience to cut out the mistakes.
You'll notice out of all the players you named above, none are defenders, why? I'll tell you why, defenders usually come in later, due to the fact that a mistake, is more costly for a defender. A few mistakes for a defender, it will be noticed a lot more and fans, like you, will be on his back, denting his confidence to go on and improve.

I agree with this, I think they might not have the biggest squad but they've got a great team.
Sorry VJ, but this article was very tongue-in-cheek

True, however is it possible you'll be adding Newcastle to your list of teams?
And VJ, I'll give you you apology, just so you aren't too down, I'm sorry. It's just you are getting annoying with your constant ramblings about a 19 year old defender, who has did as well as could have been expected.
