Would be nice to see him in the team, but it won't happen.
I've not been Berba's biggest fan, but I wouldnt mind seeing him start on Sunday. Hernandez has been horribly out of form recently.
The other option is to tuck Nani/Ashley Young in behind Rooney.
No, Welbeck and Rooney up top for Sunday, i was Berbas biggest critic before Welbeck came back from loan, while he was our top goalscorer, in the big games, when it really counted he just didnt do it, i was never confident with him finishing a one on one, behind the striker yes, very very talented player, but we need a goalscorer and he just isnt reliable enough, Rooney and Welbeck seem to be striking up a great partnership, Hernandez has really struggled this season, but in a one on one situation, id prefer even Hernandez to Berba , unfortunately his time at the club is over....
I'm never sure which wingers I want starting, Valencia should be a dead cert on the right, but Nani and Young, fantastic players though they are, are both a little inconsistent, Young's a little more consistent, but when Nani on his game he's almost unplayable so I'll leave it to Fergie.
I would love him to play and score the winning goal that could put us in a position to win the title. It would be perfect i do not understand why he isn't playing.
Welbeck is injured, isn't he?

Welbeck is injured...
When he came on against Villa he got a real positive reaction from the crowd, to be honest, with the ability he's got he should be playing every week.
It would be nice to see Berbatov running out at Old Trafford again but if we're needing goals on Sunday, we need to come out of traps and really get at Swansea right from the off and play at a really high tempo.
I'd like to see Nani playing off Rooney, with Valencia and Young wide. Might prove to be a good move, might not but I think it's worth a try as Nani's such a cool finisher in front of goal and we'll have a forward who's willing to try and shoot from outside of the box.
Absolutely he should play. If we presume we'll attack, and therefore swansea will be sitting deep, we need a place of his skill and touch to unlock the defence. Also, as mentioned, this is the type of game he scores in.

To be honest, i still havent forgiven him for that....
I've thought for a while that Nani should be played behind Rooney, whenever he gets in a one-on-one scenario his finishing's brilliant.

Swansea will want to play their normal game and look to control possession. They'll not look to sit deep and defend for 90 minutes so it should be quite an open game. That's why I think there'll be a few goals in this game on Sunday.
Okay here's one, Rafael or Jones at RB?
Or....Valencia, then Nani on the right and Young on the left.
Id play Valencia at RB, Jones is not a right back, hes so much more effective in centre mid..
Berba should play simply because it'll be his last ever opportunity to play for us at Old Trafford and he deserves a chance to say goodbye.

If we weren't in with a chance of winning the title, then yes, but as that's not the case then no. We shouldn't be playing a player just because it's his last opportunity to play at Old Trafford.
Yeah, but Berba can come in and do the business no matter the scenario. He's been part of some our biggest thrashings in the last couple of seasons.

I'd disagree with that statement. I think the manager has lost faith in Berbatov somewhat, especially after the FA Cup semi-final last season.

____________
Bit harsh Id say. Discarding him based on one game?
The number of times our players have let the club down. Malouda Kalou Mikel etc. They stil get gametime here and there. Berbatov, Nothing
well, I mean that he can come in and do well against teams like Swansea at home where we'll be on the front foot looking for goals. Remember the Wigan game in December? He was brilliant.

I'm not suggesting it's based on just one game but I do think the fact that he was left out altogether for the Champions League final confirms it.
