Definitely Cahil for me. Hope that Jags can get second though.
Chris Smalling - injured
Cahill and Lescott for me. I wouldn't have any of the old guard in the squad personally.
Jagielka for the squad + one other CB (would have been Smalling IMO), not first team though for me.
Great, 2 cripples and 3 average CBs to choose from.
I am going to say Ferdinand, as he seems to have had a run of fitness.

Lescott, under rated this season because he plays next to Kompany but has at last played for City as he did for Everton. Personaly would reunite the 2 Lescott and Jag for England. They know each others game, their respective game complements each other and Lescott is part of a defence thats conceeded less goals than any other team in other prem .....so far.
Lescott isn't in this poll, why are people choosing him? Don't you understand how this works???
However the Cahill and Terry partnership kept a clean sheet against Barca at the bridge...

no, poor finishing, good saves and the woodwork kept a clean sheet
Other than Cech, Chelsea just watched Barca blow it
Jagielka for me.
As someone said above, him and Lescott know each others game.
Anyone mentioned Lescott?

I should point out I'm taking all the votes based on the stars, not any being written down.
Ridgewell has more votes than King
The player with the most votes from this part 1 will be included, as will the player with the most votes from part 2. Likewise the players with the least votes from parts 1 and 2 will be eliminated as will a third player (the next player with the least votes from parts 1 and 2 combined). Those that remain (all 5 of them) will be put into a part 3 where the player with the most votes there being the final CD to be included.

I dont have a degree in convoluted reasoning, possibly the OP should have asked for a pair of England CB. Easier and less open to misunderstanding. Not into single transferable votes and proportional representation.
