those quotes are not new. I remember reading those at least a month ago. Plus theres no mention of an actual bid.

So Vertonghen has agreed terms with Spurs and its only the fee to be agreed.

I would suggest we wait until he has signed either for us or another team before ranting & raging at DL.

We do not know what is going on & it maybe only a minor glicth in negotiations.

Meh, that's what happens when we cant assure players of what competition we'll be in next season. I'm sure he's a good player but having not really seen him play I can't really say I'm sad about what isn't a particularly startling revelation of a player joining AC Milan over Spurs.
