has the game finished?

You watching the game, is SAF or any other UTD officials there?

21 mins into all french games.

posted on 20/5/12

nope, about 20minutes in. Good goal though.

I've actually heard the figure range from £27-45mil, everyone just seems to be taking the top price as fact. Like much of this saga, it's probably BS. I'd expect £30-35mil mostly due to his age

Why do people insist on quoting things from newspapers as if they are the truth . Who said it was 45 mil anyway .

United's money is my money and I don't want them to spend a lot on a player. If a player has not got his heart set on a move to MUFC, if it isn't his burning desire and has been since a young lad then I don;t want him. You can keep his skills, I would prefer the Fulham lad, @ £10m a real bargain and would really get us in front of City.

Dont agree with any of that.

If I genuinley beleived hazard was a world beater and opendly admitted to coming for money but yet performed, wouldnt make a blind bit of difference.

However I dont think of him as a world beater.

Pires, Essien, Drogba..

Only one of those players I would deem world class once upon a time was essien.

Are you wumming?

Drogba a few years back was unplayable.

Evra?

Drogba used to be the player I feared playing against most in the Premier League.

posted on 20/5/12

Nope.

Pires was a good player but never world class.

And I'm hardly about to start banding the term world class around for a striker who has averaged 15 goals a season in his time in england.

Not many others would either. Regardless of him scoring a header in the cl final.

TRS likewise.

There's a 2nd goal from Hazard

Evra?
==================

Evra cost 5.5 mil.

Not 45 mil.

Great level of difference.

So I take it Gomez is world class?

Statistics eh?

Stretty, plenty of great players have come form the French league, even if not world class.

Only Hazard looks a lot better than the others. Benzema, Essien, Drog, Pires, Ribery, Ben Afra, Cabaye and on.

It's a big tag, but in the current transfer market, £25 to £25m looks good value for his potential.

How do we know he's actually going to cost £45m?
