So instead of being sacked he looks set to continue with one of his buddies in charge.
Thats about it ,Just when I thought some action would have been taken its back to square one!
So let us just get this straight.
An incompetent man manager and a man incompetent at selecting staff capable of doing their job recommends the man that peddles his propaganda for a seat on the board.
Venkys believe this is a great idea as none of the propaganda has proved to have been lies and Mean has done an excellent job.
So with the spin doctors promotion on the advice of Mean, who is going to give the directors a frank and honest appraisal on Kean?
#notafitandproperpersonleftatewood
Pie if this was not happening at our club but someplace else you just would not believe it!This kinda nonsense and stupidity you couldnt make up ,alas but its true!
Well lads if this is right thats it for me i,m afraid because until he has us struggling again 10 games in to next season maybe then and only then will Venkys realise they are being fed utter bullsh*t by a two faced compulsive liar and egomaniac, no way should this clown be given anymore time or money to kill our club. as i have said recently its Victory Park for me to get behind the 2 lads who actually care about the fans at both Chorley and more to the point Rovers. Its also gonna be really interesting at King Georges Hall this Saturday for the first open supporters meeting, if the Daily Mirror peice turns out to be true then its a shocking absolutely shocking decision Kean Out
Garner they cant take our memorys away!We will always be Rovers but not under Comical Ali,s regime!
It's pretty clear that they can't afford to sack him (I'm assuming Jerome Anderson is to thank for that).
He won't walk because he's an arrogant s c u m bag who is milking the club for all its worth. He's not like most other managers who will get another job.
I can just imagine the little weasel begging for one more chance to prove himself.
That's it for me too. Venkys and Kean make me physically sick.
I don't even think he'll have begged he's far too arrogant for that!
And the suggestion that he'll be given money to rebuild is frankly ridiculous. Hoilett, Yakubu and Robbo sales will raise in excess of £10m - we wont spend half that...

What are your thoughts on Big Sam replacing BRFC in the top flight?
Ask a WHUFC fan... I'm sure they'll tell you... Again in 8 month i'm sure..... PIE< JOKER
I'm asking you as a person that openly abused Sam and criticised his football. Are you happy with the new improved Rover and disappointed that Sam has hooked another team back on an upwards curve?
We were dead obviously thinks that the West Ham fans would sooner be in our position than have big Sam.
I abused him, sure.. It's very easy to look back and think SA was the messiah. He wasn't..
Come on.. Don't tell me that you weren't excited when he went..?
Just a shame the replacement was cack...
Damo... If any Rovers fan thinks SA is god, then i feel for them.. He didn't exactly have a decent run, did he?
Come on.. Don't tell me that you weren't excited when he went..?
Just a shame the replacement was cack...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And you don't think you and the other Sam-haters were incredibly naieve for thinking that was likely to happen? Rovers were incredibly lucky to get 2 managers (Hughes and Allardyce) in a short period of time that could massively overachieve on a small budget while regularly having to sell our best players.
That isn't the norm, that wasn't ever likely to happen once we got rid of Sam, I really don't know why his critics struggle to understand that.
Anyway, this is kinda nice. Repeating the same old arguments that remind me of a time when the club wasn't totally ******. On which note I sent a letter asking for a refund on my season ticket last week, anyone else caved yet?
Refund after the season ended?
As for luck? Hughes was a great appointment. SA was the safer option. Boring football, no medals.. On the same lines as Stoke.. Cr*p...
Don't forget SA was close to losing his job.. He also lost a few fans long the way. West ham fans will agree!
As for your first point.. I think i will speak for a few fans and say, yes. Soon after SA was sacked, we did think (not naive) things were on the up. Remember, even the FA were fooled into thinking that the new owners had 'ambition'.. Turns out, we were all wrong!
Allardyce "Boring football, no medals"
He got us to a semi-final in his only full season with us (same distance that Hughes "great appointment" got). He stabilised a relegation threatened team and then was looking to build on that side with a negative spend.
"West ham fans will agree!"
From their Premiership position...
You sound like a Gooner there. Still, no medals!
Should I mention that Steve Kean got us too a quarter final? Haha
West ham should of walked that league! With the money they spent, it should of been easy! They were lucky to get through the play offs! West ham fans have been annoyed all season with the style of Play. It would of been ok if they were getting results week in, week out. But they weren't!!
'He stabilised a relegation threatened team'
How many points where were from the relegation zone when SA lost his job?
Exactly!

Speak for yourself. The more knowledgeable fans were immediately concerned and yes you are correct in that you were badly wrong. A few got excited after Liverpool at home and West Brom away, but the people on this board all thought the same and did not fall for the media scripted spin being generated at that time. Anyways, congrats to Big Sam I am sure you would agree.
As for Steve Kean. 2nd chance? You mean about 100? get shut of the loser.
'More knowledgeable' .. Hilarious
In the end, I didn't want the investment. I thought the walker trust sold out too easily!
Fans were excited! Don't try and tell me otherwise. We all, at first, were thinking big.
As for SA. No, I hate West ham.. Utterly disappointed they were promoted!
'More knowledgeable' .. Hilarious
You think I cannot remember the twaddle you used to spout? Think again. After losing 5 out of 6 pre-season, including a 3-0 reverse to North End you said we were nailed on for relegation under Allardyce. Nailed on! You remember that?
We then beat Everton 1-0 at home in the Premier League and you finally understood that pre-season friendlies meant exactly that.... You got there in the end.
What gets me on message boards, is that I have to listen to uninformed nonsense being peddled week in week out, but when it does not come to pass (suprise, suprise) and you remind the stupid, they bridle. You talk cr@p pal, simple as that.
