hes heading into ledley king territory with his injuries if you go off what fergie is saying, so id be surprised if hes first choice by the end of this year, and if you release rio and essien, there are players in foreigns you could get for around the 8m mark that would be better than those 2
Who could I get in foreigns better than Rio then? Carvalho's available but not sure he's rated anymore, same for Albiol. Badstuber is available but I'm not that big a fan of his.
Cambiasso's available who would be around £7/8m I'd say, he's as good as Essien.
Really better than Ferdinand? Could barely get a game at City.

Did anyone see the Denmark Keeper?
What I don't get is why Ferdinand is no longer rated. Established himself throughout the season at United, who conceded fewer goals last season than the season before. Virtually a regular fixture in the side and was hardly even injured so don't know where the Ledley King talk is coming from.
I did 21, made a massive meal out of that. Good save originally though. Not even Huntelaar can score for the Dutch, disaster for Welshy

it was fergie himself who said that rio cant play 2 games in 4 days, and i wouldnt be surprised if evans displaces him be the end of the year
although honestly, i think your more pressing concern given the xavi injury is essien, a poor inpersonation of the player he was before his injuries, and a definite weakness
Would you accept £7m for Cambiasso?
not for me, still highly rated despite his age, 10m minimum
