do your reckon your second team would be able to overturn the 3-1 first leg loss?
in all honesty, i fancy us against italy, although wed either need to drop rooney a bit deeper, or bring in hendo and play gerrard further forward and have one of them always close enough to pirlo to pull his hair, stop him pulling the strings
Can't make a second XI but the backup I do have is magic Smalling, Kolarov, Parker, Gerrard, Afellay, Scholes, Balotelli
Lucio was a liability last season for Inter shouldn't be anywhere near the top 10. Don't think Rio should be there either, thought Evans was better last season and that will only continue for me think he's class.
agger should be on the list, an absolutely top class defender, if he hadnt had had so many injury problems, the absolute top teams would be trying to take him off our hands, we are going to need another season of him being fully fit to have even the slightest chance of getting back in the running for a top 4 place
Why do people rate Vidic so highly?

I think it's premature to put Kompany as the best, he's had one great season. Vidic has been performing as the best for years now even if he got injured last season.
Kompany was great last season as well.....................
Not as good as Vidic was.
Kompany was in the Team of the year next to him, this season Vidic has been out for a year while Kompany was immense last season better than Vidic was possibly.
Kompany was much better than Vidic last season.
Obviously because Vidic was injured for most of it. If we had Vidic we'd have won the league.
