ive had a think about it, and im going to have to reject it, 24m wouldnt be enough to bring in the 2 extra players id be targeting to make up for the gomez shortfall, so whilst its a pretty good offer, that combined with the fact that im not sure agger is going to be as highly rated outside of the liverpool fans as the world class cb he should be
I'd be weakening my starting XI, and 8m wouldn't improve it elsewhere so would need more sorry.
