SKA has a point there Number 21. Martinez isn't being used as a CM though but as a CB which you haven't offered a replacement CB in p/e so he will weaken there. But maybe if you add a couple of million £ in there that would make the deal fair as he would have aound 10M to buy himself a good CB.

But Fellaini is the only midfielder is the same role as Lucas and Martinez ie defensive midfielder. The other two are more attacking minded.

Number 21, When did I ever say that he wasn't class? He is qualiy I just thought because you played Papadopolous forthe first 2 games you might have played him again as it is quite rare that a team changes his defence but it doesn't change the fact that he is quality.

What might have been better is that you save up for Damiao by winning and drawing games to get cash and then p/e someone else out plus that cash.

Then you Damiao and Remy as your strikers and you have a very good attack. Remy was also your top goalscorer as you say so he is capable of scoring goals so it isn't as if you have nobody good up front that will get you goals because Remy would.

I would have got Remy but you got him first and I already had Soldado and Cavani so signing Remy and getting rid of Soldado would be bad as Soldado > Remy.

Yes, But I rate Damiao highly, and the boy Can Finish, two-footed, good in the air, and a perfect all-rounder.

I know that but like I said, patience might have been better in that sort of deal so you had a great starter, and a very good back-up.

If you know that Remy can score goals, and you do save up for Damiao, then at least you know that you will be able to score goals without Damiao.
