No, I think I'm going to close this league down. To much arguing and it will just continue.
Not sure whether I will be making a new league yet porbably not so for now I will be leaving this league.
I am sorry about this for all of you who have been active and trust me the next time I create a league this won't happen again.

If Fan and LRF are leaving (which I still hope won't happen) then could we try and run this league as a group?
We could designate someone to be in charge of transfers and stuff, and then any major decisions and results could be worked out in a voting system.
Just a note LRF, Draft Leagues are incredibly difficult to run; so if you have limited time don't run one of those.
Infact, if you have any doubts at all don't start a league up at all.

Everyone gets a say in the results so any bias is ironed out. The only problem I can see with this though, is that people may not be ar$ed reading tactics for every match.
Plus it would take a lot of pressure of LRF and Fan to maintain the league, so they could both stay in. I mean that would be some grudge match!...
punting, Thanks for the advice on Draft Leagues and that is all clear now. I am still unsure whether to run another one because 3 have failed and if I decide to create a 4th that might just fail. I will see what happens over the next week or so about what I can do and if there is still a doubt then a league will not be created.
Park, It is a great idea it is just now me and Fan have run a league 2 times now and both have failed. Maybe it has to be different and not me and Fan because it won't work.
LRF I think if we do do a predictions style league you and Fan won't have to be in contact, any major decisions like added budgets, results etc. are all going to be put to everyone. The only thing I could see you and him needing to do is deciding who's in charge of transfers and injuries.
Any problems anyone has should be voted on by the league. So, say you were in charge of injuries, and decided that 12 of Fan's players pick up 4 week injuries, he could complain and we as a league could get you to change that decision.
Fully understand if you don't feel you a) want to do it, or b) Don't have the time to do it, purely a suggestion at the moment. The others might not want it anyway.
Park, That is a great suggestion but at the moment I have to think about time. These leagues are pretty hard to run and are time consuming so for the minute I will take that into consideration and think about it over the next week or so.
I just don't think me and Fan working together in a league is worth it but if there is anyone else that is willing to run it with me then again, I will consider it.

It's a good enough idea as long as you can get enough of the people still milling around to agree to it and to also be impartial at all times.
Although, considering the amount of no-shows we've had - I doubt there will be many people predicting results each week.
Park, I also feel everyone predicting games is the best way to go about it. However, I would suggest a tactic word limit of 100 or so as 400 per team is a lot for people to read when they have to read the tactics of 10 teams.
