From a dadaistic epic to a Haiku

Well, although I saw OOP yesterday, I forgot who's playing bar Nole and Fed, of course, and I know they are playing third match Fed on Chatrier and Nole on Lenglen, there are also tow matches in Fed's quarter where there are 4 big tall hitters playing each other. Match of the day will have to be Cilic Delpo, Very close one to call.
If Delpo is really injured, Cilic could make an upset.

I'm looking forward to Federer-Mahut. I haven't seen Federer in action yet so i will examine his movement with special interest

Nole is playing really late, I think even Fed is 2nd or 3rd. Clic-Delpo
Kevin-Berdy will be cracker of matches. I read a comment from Jahu that Nadal has has nucelar reactors full on. I watched the highlights from Nadal-Istomin match and it is unbelievable to see a tennis player play like that. It is very hard to fathom that how come a tennis player can run on full tank like that continuously for more than 2 hours???

A well timed injury time off/treatment maybe?

I have a nasty feeling that Nadal will be unstoppable until the US swing.

A question:

is anti-doping control more strict during Olympic games?

I will stop watching tennis if that happens.
GP did you use to post on V2 or 606?

Yes. Your view will be much appreciated on that matter.

I notice also that Federer is playing last, like Rome. Is it to give a possible torn muscle max recovery? or/and play late when the muscles are most relaxed, extensible?

Yes it is also a feature match which the working crowd will want to see.

Upsets, Del Potro v Cilic?

posted on 1/6/12

Delpo is a better player, however, Cilic is very mobile and if Delpo can't move as well as usual, Cilic could knock him out.
Haven't seen any Delpo's matches yet, but hope he's OK. He played very well at RG last year.

Yes very likely. Delpo is moving slow. and his injury seems not healing well enough. Why doesn't he visit the same doctor that Nadal take treatment from. See what miracle that guy did to Nadal from where his knees were in 2009.

@wow: yep. Not much on 606 though, i was at Centre court (as GreasePipe) back then. Basically I've been posting where Tenez has been posting for the last 6/7 years, but by far not as frequently as Tenez

Yes...I can see this happening too. We can;t expect an injury like that to fix itself the Nadal way.

don't start me on that one

Perhaps the horseblood could explain that horse power, as well

Yes I know YOU have a life!

It's funny when I go on holidays I can easily break off from posting but as soon as I am back at my bloody desk I quickly become an addict again. I also play tennis 3 or 4 times a week so it's clearly my passion. Though again, I don't think I woudl have joined a tennis forum if it wasn't for Federer.....and a of course for the comments of some very good posters.

You stole my words tenez. and tbh I too have followed tenez other than MTL where tenez never forayed.
