whu606,

During the footy season, i spend my Saturday afternoons in the pub, watching Gillette Soccer Saturday, and any livestream game they happen to be showing (on the arab channel, Sky or ESPN). Ive been doing it for years. Because i live in Hornchurch, Essex, they generally show a West Ham game live.

They also show quite a few Spurs games too, so its pretty much common sense for me (Spurs fan) & my mates (West Ham fans) to go there.

Its not rocket science & there's no conspiracy. Just because this flaws your own theory, and puts you on the backfoot in this debate, dont blame me.

That would be the Blackpool we beat 10-2 over three games, would it, one of them with an outfield player in goal for 45 minutes?

Chicken

Keep it up, son.

You're giving me a right good laugh.

How does the scoreline prove you didnt use hoof ball tactics?

Keep clutching.

Ain't no stats in there, boy!

The question isn't

'Did they ever hoof it?',

the question is

'Did they only, or as their main tactic, hoof it?'

The questions have different answers.

Cardiff H & A, both SUNDAY lunchtime
Leeds H, SUNDAY lunchtime
Forest H NOT SHOWN & A SUNDAY lunchtime,
Pompey H Wouldn't you rather have watched Spurs beat Wolves 0-2 away? A - or the return leg where you drew 1-1?
Blackpool H NOT SHOWN,
Burnley H NOT SHOWN,
Reading H & A,
Millwall A, now says H
Brighton A, now says H
Leicester A MONDAY night game

I await your next ridiculous attempt to bluster your way out of being caught in a massive whopper.

No Hoof Ball team hoof it 100% of the time. Now you're just being silly. Its just widely known that hoofing it is West Ham's Plan A & Plan B.

When i said i go down the pub on a Saturtday afternoon, i didnt mean i only ever enter a pub or watch footy on a Saturday...i'm not that much under the thumb.

As for when Spurs were on at the same time as West Ham, what part of:

"They also show quite a few Spurs games too, so its pretty much common sense for me (Spurs fan) & my mates (West Ham fans) to go there".

...did you not understand?

The 4-1 Notts Forest game was on at the same time as Spurs v Man City, for example.

Again, you can keep clutching as much as you like. I've got no reason to make up reasons to be in the pub. I normally have to think of an excuse to say i hadn't been in the pub - not the other way around.

You'd know better if you'd actually watched the games you claim to have seen.

You forgot to explain how you watched three games not shown on any satellite channel in the world.

Did you watch the Wolves games or the West Ham games, you are unclear?

You're just like a little kid.

You get found out in one lie, so you make up something else, and then just keep going.

You can't think anyone reading this exchange believes you, can you?

I've seen that.

I'm not entirely sure that a one minute clip counts as absolute proof of a whole season.

Ironically, you chose the Leicester away game, which was probably our best passing game of the season.

But you hoofed it no?

The media, the fans and other players have accused you of hoofing it

That's enough for me

========================

That is the most ridiculous come back i have ever heard.

In this day & age, you sincerely believe that a satelite company cannot pick up a Championship league game.

Oh & i'm a "just like a little kid" now am i? oooooohhhh someone's tired. My Dad's bigger than your Dad.

The Leicester game may have been YOUR best passing game, but to majority, it was still hoof ball.

Now, put your dummy back in & come back with a better comeback other than "i dont believe you" just because your own theories have backfired.

Please keep it up.

Every post makes you look more ridiculous.

Your claims so far:

You watched 3 games that weren't available on satellite ANYWHERE.

How do I know?

Well, both a friend and the owner of our sports bar have turbo nutter satellite systems, with access to pretty much any European and Middle Eastern networks.. (The owner installs satellite dishes.)

I make a point of checking satellite channels to see if there is going to be anyone showing it, as one of them will normally put it on for me.

The games you mention were NOT shown by any satellite company accessible from Europe, and there weren't any Internet streams either.

You watched 3 West Ham games instead of watching Tottenham games on at the same time.

You went out of your way to go and watch other West Ham games, even though you can't stand us, or our football.

Are you SURE you're a Spurs fan?

You've been caught out, and your desperate attempts to wriggle out of it are hysterical.

I've said it twice now & you still cant grasp this sentence:

"They also show quite a few Spurs games too, so its pretty much common sense for me (Spurs fan) & my mates (West Ham fans) to go there".

I dont know how to word this any plainer for you to understand. Let me try. Ready? I support Spurs, my mates support West Ham - with me so far? Our local pub often show Spurs games & West Ham games - still with me? So, if me & my mates go to the pub (the same pub), where both the West Ham game & Spurs games are shown (even when playing at the same time) we (me & my mates) both get to see our team games & can flick our eyes between the 2. O'comprende?

And now you come out with some tripe that your mate, who apparently fits satellite dishes, apparently has a degree in what matches were historically shown, where, when, what channel, or not at all. And you have the cheek to hint at the fact i might be blagging.

Fot the record, with the right satellite dish, you can pretty much get whatever event you like. I know West Ham are hardly Man Utd, Liverpool or Spurs, but their games are still televised & as such, are shown via satellite.

I'm not hinting that you're blagging.

I'm saying outright you are lying about the games you watched.

I know you're lying.

You know you're lying, so really, what's the point?

I know you have an almost pathological inability to accept that you are wrong, but even so, this takes the biscuit.

Mate, i could broadcast myself having a shat to the entire nation if i wanted to - but you think a football match in England's 2nd tier wouldnt be shown anywhere on a satellite anywhere in the world.

Stop digging fella, your comebacks are getting worse. One minute you cant comprehend a pub showing 2 games, the next you're questionning a satallite picking up Championship fixtures.

Your backtracking, side-tracking & huge desperation to prove a theory that has already been flawed by the media, pundits, ex-pro's, opposition teams & even your own fellow fans singing at games, beggars belief.

Have you ever heard the expression "peeing in the wind"? Well, at the moment you're trying to have a really long pee against a hurricane.

=================

Not only do I think it, I know it.

The reason I only watched around a quarter of our games is because that is all that were shown on satellite or streamed on the Internet.

If there had been more then I would have watched them.

I can be so certain about which games had satellite or streamed coverage because we had a 'Streams for games' thread for each match.

I can easily comprehend a pub showing two games.

Who said I didn't.

But you said you watched those games.

Now you say you 'flicked your eyes'.

I'll say it again

You are lying about the games you watched, and you know it.

You have been shown to be lying about the games you watched, yet you still try to sugggest that is not the case.

Wriggle as much as you like.

As I said, we both know you are lying, so what does that tell me about you?
