We might get to read that tennis might be played with boxing rules.

It's quite easy to predict Nadal's form. It's much harder to predict Nole's, therfore the outcome of the match.

I think djoko will be ready and will keep Nadal nervous longer than Almagro and Ferrer could. He needs to tire Nadal like he did in the USO.

But above all he needs to win those long rallies, by being "fit" and composed. That will make Nadal very nervous.

Is Nole fit enough? not sure.

The physicality that these 2 exhibit in their game, it certainly was nothing anyone would have thought earlier.

Will you be supporting Novak to win this? I never liked the victory celebrations of Nadal, but that shirt ripping in AO was the worst I've seen.

yes rotla I will be rooting against nadal more than for Djoko. I simply don't want to see someone with fear in his eyes to hit a winner win anotgher slam. Someone relying purely on his medical team to impose the ugliest game a slam champion has ever had.

I simply have no choice.

Rotla, I will be supporting Nole. Nadal's rollIng on the floor celebrations were more annoying.

btw anyone remembers that Halle and Queens starts tomorrow. The draws have been out for both. Fed didn't play last year. Will he withdraw even this year? My take is NO.

I would have thought that Federer would have played this year at all cost to make up for last year but I don't think he will play and if he does it won't be more than a couple of rounds.

Djoker will have to neutralise nadull's running forehand and should keep the rallies as long as possible. Nadull has been saving lots

They start the match at 3pm (Paris) with light till about 930pm, That 6h30mn which in theory should be enough but rain is on the forecast so we may not have a result today.

tenez, will you be watching the final?

The big thing which sets Nole apart from the rest is that nole will return nadull's serve with interest. Nadull will nto be getting any easy service holds. Cheering for Nole!

I think Tenez said yesterday that he has a lunch outside and hence won't be watching it. For myself, if it goes till the Euro2012 start, I'll turn it over to the Spain-Italy match.
But let's see

Some time ago, NITB posted a video of Nole's presser after he lost his frist meeting with nadull at RG and he was saying that match was on his racquet and he believed that he could have beaten nadull.
Now, Djoko has the belief to beat nadull, game he always had.
Djoko will beat this boring nadull and do a favor to mankind.

The fans of the modern tennis, use the following words to describe the game now:

1. Gladiators
2. Gruesome battle
3. Power
4. Stamina and speed
5. Outlasting wars
6. Never say die
7. Warriors with a mission.
8. Immense Drama

-------------
Bring out a any prehistoric war movie and its all the same for them. If they introduced a new rule like you can punch your opponent if you get a chance, I bet they'll love that tennis a lot more.

I do think Nole would do with this more deserving service for mankind than Europe Union has done so far

Its about to start now. Commentators talking about how good a returner Djo is right now. But there is a point to it. The conditions, balls, racquets all are up against a server. Slow clay, new powerful strings to have better control, larger framed and more balanced racquets, and this years incredicbly slow balls.... what chance does a server has here now. All the cards are stacked up against them. The better returner are the ones that return good when the conditions favor the server.

Thats why I don't see anything special about these modern day players at all, they are all manufactured.
