Invincibles would even beat Urguay world cup winning team of 1930. So whay chance do the Chelsea tea have? None.

it's an interesting one-in Henry Arsenal had imo the best player ever seen in this Division at his unstoppable best. it's a shame what happened to ljungberg, he was amazing back then

jose is the far more tactically savvy manager though; i also think our squad depth was better

i'd say chelsea but it's a tough one

Lets not forget Chelsea those invicibles out of the Champions League. "Brrrrriiiiiidge"

Tough one, but on their day the invincibles were pretty much unplayable.

Agree Mourinho being tactically superior though.

Tough call, but I'd say the invincibles...

When you look at the teams above they are both brimming with talent.

Lehmann and cech is a close call, possibly to close to call.

For me, the entire arsenal back 4 is better, save perhaps toure for either Chelsea CB.

Midfield, pires and ljundberg still class but perhaps there best days (01-02 double) are behind them. Duff and robben were both key to chelseas success. The CM, Viera is the best I think I've ever seen in the premiership. Gilberto, fantastic and massively underrated, also better on the ball than makalele. But, makalele is the best DM there ever was. So hard to call.

Up front, Henry hands down, and bergkamp, although coming to an end was pure brilliance. Drogba hit his best form a couple of years later.

I still think that arsenal team had too much for anyone to cope with, class, passing, power, aggression, finesse.

But, throw the 2 managers into the mix and I think joses tactical nouse would sneak Chelsea to a win, especially over 2 legs

How can i team that isn't invincible beat a team that is invincible?

Agree.

Arsenal have the best players, but Wenger just isn't tactically up to the mark.

Chelsea.

That was the most dominant side the prem has ever seen. Easily.

Any one who says Wenger is tactically inept has not been watching football for the last 15 years....

Wengers tactically excellent regarding football.

He's tactially useless with a chequebook everywhere except the bargain bin.

i wouldnt say that mate, sure they got through the season unbeaten, but they drew 12 games, thats 1 drawn in every 3, so i wouldnt say they were untouchable

Oh Per-lease. You name me a single expensive flop by Wenger.

He isn't of course tactically inept, he wouldn't be a top flight manager if he was. But it is far from his strong point.

expensive as a general figure or expensive it terms of ability...

See those were great teams. Thats when the league had a real class team winning convinsingly.
The last great Premier league team was the one United had with Tevez, Ronaldo a fit Hargreaves and the rest.
The league has been in decline since 2009.

arshavin for starters

Super Robert Pires' flying skills didn't hurt the unbeaten run either

That was the most attractive side to watch though. Hasn't been matched before or since. Ljundberg, Pires, Henry, Vieira, Bergkamp. Class on grass.

Invincibles for me....but thats because i loved Ljunberg as a player.

Also the Invincibles played the better football

Jeffers, Reyes, Wiltord (he wasn't that bad admittedly). van Brockhorst

I meant more his reluctance to use the chequebook as a tactical gaffe than outright flops though
