I like a defensive 433 rather than offensive, but I'm sure Maher can play central and attacking.

Maher has also played a depper role when Elm or Falkenburg have been out for AZ
I suppose if you want to call Allen a DM for Liverpool, then yes - but I see him as a more deep lying playmaker who happens to get the tackles in

defensive 433 = Anti Football in your case Welshy. Play to your strengths which are quick, neat passing and speed out wide

With Britton being defensive, Allen playmaking from deep and Eriksen attacking midfielder.

Would like to have Allen and Maher together, but think I lose the steel to my midfield that Britton brings.
