Agree with DM playing behind the front 2, he is'nt a winger. He's more of a player that will pick it up wide then move inside and cause chaos to any team who's centre halfs are not switched on, giving room to CFs...
Like Ward, think he is just the type of player we need, I agree he went missing from time to time, but it would also be fair to say the rest of the team had gone full negative at the same time. Overall apart from Miller, who may be a bit over the hill, the signings this term hark back to 2 seasons ago, and there were some very entertaining games that season, so that bodes well. As mentioned above the only worry is getting the best out of these players, play them to get to know each others game, it is a team game and chopping and changing does not help, and the type of cover we are getting suggests there my be a plan 'B'. We shall see.......

I Know Gateheads are a conference side, but in their bar they had 3 large pictures on their wall, all of Novak in various shooting positions...
He is clearly their cult hero, they even sang songs for him like Gateshead's number 10 ..
He was only there for a year but he is theirs and ours most liked striker...

If Novak can add product to his effort he could be very important for Town, but he cannot do it alone for all his industry, we need the whole team working just as hard, if they all (bar the keeper) put in a Novak shift every game we would blow this league, but, but, but he does need to play, so do the team and if the new additions provide service even Alan Lee could get a hatfull.
I'd endorse that, but we need to find a game plan that allows all the players to play to their full potential..Instead of one week we play this way and next week we play defensively that way, then different again because it's so and so we are playing and we're worried about such and such...forget all that...let them worry about us, let's play to the strength of our individuals and let the opposition worry about us for 46 games...

I rate Novak, was injured for a period and given bit starts by Mr Clark last season. I believe that given more game time he have a very good season, just like his first one! Super Novak!
