Regardless of the wishes and some of the decent points you make.
There is one statement which I would put my house on:
It will never happen.
And the reasons are pretty obvious, and repeated endlessly.
I cant see any of that
the EPL have just doubled their money and unless FIFA UEFA put a local player rule in place then international football will slowly die.
The benifits of having your players playing for a core team or at least in a core league are being seen but for how long.
Sorry to be rather negative but most players will chase the money and with little talent in this country (UK) i can only see more and more imports

I think it's the way forward, Look at country's with higher populations even poverty and they succeed at a higher level than us, radical change is needed and it's about time we change our mind set to, some people are living in the dark ages in this country in a sporting sense yeah scots and english like to see each other lose but i think we have to change all that for the greater good.
football is a cheap game to play
Poverty seems to be no barrier
When we were strong ie the 60s we were regularly in the final stages in Europe
pretty much home grown as well.
At the end of the day its sadly about money the EPL have this and we dont.
or scrap all that and just teach young players how to focken pass and retain the ball.
I think having one FA would make it a powerful and interesting set-up.
The potential is immense, if you really think about it
we do that though.
Talking with a mate who is just back from Italy and an U13 tourny
Rangers did pretty well and in my mates opinion were as technical as the Italians
We also had the player of the tournament
Though only 13 he had refused the TPU
