BREAKING NEWS: Robin van Persie has announced he will not be extending his contract at Arsenal.
Whoops
Worse kept secret of the year
Everyone outside of Arsenal knew it. Why else would Wenger spend £30mil on Podolski, Giroud if RVP was staying
Look at the pathetic Spurs fans celebrating this like they have won something. Going to be the exact same situation with Modric.
Modric did not single handedly carry us last season. RVP is a far bigger loss!
One article on it
Course we're happy, a rival looks like they'll lose their best player, you'd be happy if Modric left

I have promised Admin 1 I would not be wumming, and in no way am I celebrating RVP not signing a new contract, makes no difference to me at all, he is your player not ours.
The difference though with Modric he is on a much longer contract, and cannot dictate terms like RVP. Modric basically goes if Levy says so, not the other way around.

Just like how Arsenal fans were giving us stick about AVB

Question is, where is he going?
He clearly has a club in mind if he has decided to not sign but I cant figure out who.
Juve? Why would he go to Italy now that their match fixing scandal farce has resurfaced
City? DO they need him? They backed out of hazard deal due to financial reasons which suggest FFP is coming into their thinking

Peace is reigning over the Spurs board this evening. .
I have high hopes for Spurs for next season, I am in a really positive mood.
Glasgowgooner's upset
I'm happy
Glasgow gooner, don't cry now mate
What a week..........Getting AVB, singing a goal scoring midfielder in Sigurdsson.........Arsenal losing their only world class player
Haha Glasgow gooner crying
it's more equivelant to berbatov than modric. van persie is way more important to them than modric is to us, imo.
You are all mean. The news about both Modric and VDV leaving will cheer me up though.
glasgow, modric is much easier to replace than RVP and we won't miss him like you will RVP, tough luck mate
This summer is going to be crazy, CRAZY.
Arsneal will now HAVE to go out and spend big. RVP will be harder to replace than Ronaldow as for us, Torres was for Liverpool, Modric and VDV put together for Tottenham.
Tottenham are starting a new project
Chelsea are spending BIG, Hulk, Maicon etc being strongly linked
United, City never shy of spending money
