Could be replacement for Fellaini?

The speculation is inevitable.
Let us hope not.

Phil beat me to it, hopefully not!

Well that could be cover for one of the two players leaving on done deals....just waiting for the club and fee to be agreed

Early start for an office wallah.
Do you have to be first in to make the tea

I think it's clear that Felli's role is nto longer going to be that of a DM, given his performances further forward at the end of last season.

What happens when Gibson can't play? Who can anchor the midfield as well as him? Pip is getting old now, and Jags can, but his passing is not on the same level as DG. With JR still on his way back from injury, we'd again be light in the middle.

Makes good sense if you ask me.

Lets not let a good conspiracy story get in the way of the truth

what you say makes some sense HMMurdoch, but I feel we need players in other positions first e.g. left back ( if baines goes or not) maybe a right back and to bring peanuts back as well,

Would love to add players to the squad, wihtout selling anyone.

We have little chance of top four, but could make a real go for it if we dont loose anyone and get lucky

We've got a decent left back in the making in Luke Garbutt to replace Baines. The lad has got a sweet left foot from the few reserve games I have ventured to.

Definitely in need of cover for Darren Gibson or even play two in there with Felli pushed further forward. As HM says - anybody else that would cover in there is not up to much and with Rodder's fitness questionable that leaves us really short.

I'm hoping that Pienaar forgoes a signing on fee and agrees to pay back his Spurs signing on fee to force a move back at a decent price - is that wishful thinking on my part? I still carry a vain hope that some footballers aren't all about money.

I would say Garbutt is more than able cover for Baines. Its just hard to get him first team experience.
If Rodwell stays fit then why get more players in for midfield.

Guess you are wrong.....as per usual.

How many games did he start for leeds first team......the answer is the same number as the amount of done deals Everton have agreed for players so far this summer

posted on 6/7/12

Sooooo, where did you see him play then

posted on 6/7/12

Well we can agree it wasnt at leeds
