rangers are not bulling or harrasing anyone! there are plenty of clubs fans threatening boycotts if they vote for rangers, now i call that bullying and harrassing

Laudrup - Rangers should not face any further punishments.

They should go to the third, start again, and come back up the leagues through sporting means just as any other club should.

Any further punishments would be a joke.

Even if they put them in the first, which they shouldn't, Rangers shouldn't face any further punishements in my opinion.

Lauders,

Green shouldn't have any sanctions placed on his new club.

But neither should his new club be dropped into the first.

He should be applying for the third. The op was about the manner in which this new club is being dropped into the first division and the lying and scaremongering that is being employed to justify it.

Laudrup, I have never once stated that Rangers are bullying or harrassing anyone

I thought I was clearly stating that it was the SFA and Neil Doncaster who was doing that. Obviously I wasn't clear enough with that.

Will try to be more clear in the future.

Regan and Doncaster have a vested interest, their own positions. If they don't dance to the Sky tune, they are out of a job. Now most supporters wouldn't shed a tear if this pair lost their jobs.

listen guys you will see from my user name i like 80% of rangers fans want the 3rd, but i know finacially its not the correct decision, but its better for us in the long term, but when the clubs who voted against us who are still bumping their gums about us and how other clubs should vote start going out the game, no doubt it will be rangers fault.

what if regan is right?

Regan is looking after Regan. Don't be fooled otherwise.

seems to have taken ye about 30 comments of rangers bashin before you figured that out timo

thank fook for the sfl board if this is still the same pash gettin spouted on here

No club, as far as I'm aware, has told anyone from the SFL how to vote Lauders.

If Regan is right then there won't be much of a game left in this country.

'what if regan is right?'

If Regan is able to provide financials from an independent consultancy firm the we can talk. And if he is able to say how he would offset the loss of 500 season books per club then I would be interested in hearing that as well.

He talks about the game 'withering on the vine' but offers no legitimate evidence. It would wither on the vine if he got his way. The current system is a busted flush.

Let's all start again.

DC, what's the patter on the diddy teams board?

Who sells the best pies and bovril?

posted on 8/7/12

Lauders,

The logical, and legal, place for any new club applying to the SFL successfully is the third.

DC, I've got to bash something. And don't you be getting vertigo up here in the spl board.

do you not agree he is in a better position than most to comment on what lies ahead for our game?

it appears to me that because he made his armageddon speech then he must be pro rangers

Laudrup, I wouldn't say he was necessarily pro-Rangers, but he's certainly pro the status quo (not the band before any smartarse says anything!).

The game needs substantial change or it'll die a slow and painful death, and I don't believe that he wants that.

What he wants (needs) is a strong Old Firm to bring in revenue and to provide players for the national team who will have European football under their belts.

If the SPL gets a significant financial reduction and the Scottish National Team does terribly then he'll get put out a job. That's the simple facts of his position.

So why would he sit back and do nothing on something that, short term, may (probably) damage his position even if it may (and I say may on purpose) help create a better sporting environment long term?

DC, there is an old tale from the wild west in the USA.

If someone calls your horse face, just tel'um to go hang.

If two people call you horse face have a look in the mirror.

If three people call you horse face, buy a saddle.

The view of What was Rangers is almost unanimous so it's Div. 3 for you and time to pick up your saddle on the way out.
