I fear the worst! We cant win a tin cup at this moment in time ,no-one wants to sign or play for Rovers, most first teamers all want away!Should I win my 13hundred pounds with relegation I will hand it over to some charity as this is really money I dont want to win.I am still holding out with the season ticket as I cant take much more of this humilation,I think I would rather help my missus with the washing up .
I don't in any way think you will lose all these games, but if you did would the owners keep faith with Kean?
Seems he can do no wrong there

In previous seasons we would have said yes they would keep him irrespective of results.
We are not as sure this season as we have recruited a 'Global Advisor' (whatever that is) and he has been positioned supposedly above Kean with a direct link to the owners. It is muted that Kean has five games to impress, but that is such a short space of time I don't really believe it. Why give him money to spend, all pre-season to prepare, then ditch him after 5 games?
Don't get me wrong, he should not even be getting 5 games. Thousands of fans will not renew while he is employed and VenKean are doing lasting damage to our fanbase, our finances and our position within English football.
OOJW when the fans leave in droves after several defeats it will take a hell of a job to rebuild our club what these clowns have destroyed in little over a year.COYB
They are already leaving in droves Star. I am dreading the attendance at the first home game!
Although I have been on the Rovers with only 4,500 on the ground!
I was looking forward to the Leeds game until I heard about their scandalous prices (over £40) so thinking about going Ipswich now instead. With all those matches early on, like last season we should have a decent estimate of our overall prospects by the end of September.
I wish I could be positive about these games ,I will also be at the Ipswich game, might even take Rover with me as a lucky mascot.I just wish our club could get back to normal with decent players and a steady manager in place.

B&WH I wrote to you on brfcs to ask about your away travel movements this year. Please bear me and my son in mind if you have space free or need a lift especially for games within 100 miles of Ewood.
Didn't know they spoke Latin in Huddersfield or is that just broad Yorksheer tha nooas, no wonder I couldn't follow Harold Wilson (OAP joke).
no much else to laugh about in this thread, drinking early today

Maybe I’m on my own with this but I personally think that we will be ok, at least at the start of the season. I’m not saying Kean is going to guide us to automatic promotion or anything but when you look back at last season; it’s not like we lost every game; we won 8 games against premier league opposition and took some big scalps notably United and Arsenal.
So we’ve lost players and may lose even more before the season starts but is anyone surprised? Hoilett was always going to leave, Yak was always going to have his head turned by the offer of money abroad. Are we bringing in the calibre of players that fans would like to see? Of course not but we weren’t even doing that in the premier league (Orr, Modeste,Goodwillie..???) so I’m not surprised that we’re doing it in the championship.
I don’t think we will get promoted this season but I can’t see us in a relegation scrap either. There are just too many teams worse than us. (…..dreaded last words..!)

Ah right, apologies, haven't been on there in ages. Yeah no problem, will have a proper look after work. We're all on a home gate boycott so will hopefully be going to plenty.

There is a right load of old rubbish in this division compared to what we are used to. Kean will use sporadic wins as justification for his existance, the team will plod on all year with no-one happy and ultimately I imagine fade into mid-table obscurity.

Cool. Am happy to share driving, fuel prices, etc. I won't always go with my lad, but normally there would be two of us travelling.
Anyone decided what away games they are going to? Will defo be going to Bristol away as that is my home now, when in the UK, and I will be there on that date!
God, if we lose that my City friends will never let me hear the end of it hahaha

Depends on which uni I get in to. If all goes well I'll try to get to the Leicester game, and would've tried to get to the Forest game but it's too early
I doubt dew will come into effect in this 'month' hence i predict 8 wins...
How long before the protests and Kean Out chants start? I predict about 15 minutes before kick-off at the Ipswich game.

Got to admire the tenacity of you lot if you can manage to wait 15 minutes.
If that paper hat was the gaffer of my team I'd be hanging those banners out now!
At any other club this had been long sorted! We will just have to suffer longer and grin and bear it.

Nothing has worked to get rid of him. We can but hope this season. there is a huge amount of anger and animosity for this manager. It will not take long to surface and there are a few in the firing line this time round.

Yeah but without the grinning part!
