i'm with benny....we've dragged our heels...and i can't fancy AVB feels we are anywhere near ready for season opener...

i certainly don't....

If Modric is still a Spurs player by Saturday then he should start.

He'll want to impress & a good performance could earn us an extra few million.

I just can't believe levy and that useless friggin spurs board are not backing AVB in the market, why do we do this season after season? We are always left wondering " we should of done this, we should of signed that player" etc, it's never easy with spurs and we never get the players we need. If we get off to a really bad start, i won't be blaming anyone else but levy and the spurs board. They have had 3 f. Ucking years to get in top quality strikers FFS!!! Rant over

The squad is only as good as what the manager can attract. Maybe its AVB thats the problem.

Chicken, the spurs board and levy have had more than enough time to rectify our weak areas and they continue to disappoint us, it's about time they took their finger out their a. Ss and spend some money for once. I was so pleased with the signings of verts and sig thinking it was a sign of things to come and that we have improved.....once again spurs disappoint me by leaving everything until the last min.

Levy is totally to blame on this one,.why he can't fork out for a striker to just cover JD is beyond me!

I'm not getting back into all that again, harry had to go so all this " we broken what wasen't broken" is a load of c rap. Harry dug his own grave and deserved to get the chop, Avb's appointment is an exciting one and i have backed levy on all fronts for this but what i will not back is levy and the board constantly making these errors regarding transfers season after bloody @ season.
