Farza in real trouble
Do Barca need desperate change or is this just a blip?
probably just a blip
milan played well, the pitch was awful too
might be enough to knock the out though
Peks
Unfortunately we will be needing 3 points this Saturday
All Spanish teams are in serious danger of being knocked out of the CL. Blimey!
What a performance from Milan. I think it's doing them a disservice to compare it to the Inter, Chelsea etc matches as those teams had a fair bit of luck in beating/going through against Barca and were pretty much bombarded the entire match.
Barca didn't create a single chance last night and really didn't look too interested. They desperately need Tito back full time as they have regressed quite a bit since he got ill
i agree milan played a superb game last night..mixed up their defending and attacking spells very well
Maybe Barca were just hypnotised by El Sharaaway's hair/tail fin.
La Liga is in decline.

good results for the german clubs in the CL
@rich9908: Vice president of La Liga Javier Tebas has reportedly said that if Deportivo get relegated, they will disappear as a club.
thats terrible kenty
really hope that doesnt happen
the galician regional government may have to step in..depor are too important and historic a club to fold
Lets do a twitter campaign peks #SAVEDEPOR
It worked for Oviedo
@rcdlccom: @AlbaEspana What Tebas said is that the club could disappear in 2-3 years if there's no agreement between the creditors. Nothing new
Full credit to Milan, who were very well organised and pressed superbly well. They also paced themselves perfectly and looked just as fresh at the end of the game as they did at the start, and they had clearly studied Barça v well. Their out-ball/transition was brilliant too.
That said though, Barça imo have simply become too conservative. The game they play nowadays works against weaker sides, but up against well-organised teams they need to up their own rhythm and take more gambles - they really don't take enough of them. The bulk of the blame has to fall on Xavi, who's responsible for setting their tempo.
He's got unparalleled experience at this level, so should still be able to put in some great performances for Barça, but the clock's ticking for him. The day when he steps aside and leaves the main organisational role to Cesc or Thiago is drawing ever closer.
La Liga
i will do that kenty
i agree IOAG..they were far too pedestrian last night..no acceleration to their play or passing
I don't think i have ever seen Messi play as badly as he did last night. Normally, when he has an off-colour day, he pops up sporadically or even scores a goal or two but yesternight, he was nowhere to be found.
He was quite frankly invisible. Milan didn't even man-mark him, they just closed the gaps where he would normally exploit. The less said of Sanchez and Pedro the better.
Milan attacking trio might be the most dynamic and paciest in Europe - with and without the enigmati Balotelli.

check out crudeli's commentary
Every cloud has a silver lining though. If both Barça and Madrid both go out it might serve as a wake up call to them regarding how weakening La Liga ultimately hampers their chances of success in Europe.
Or are they just too greedy to realise this?
i think they'll be too greedy to realise tbh
farza have had far too easy in la liga this season..its taken the competitive edge off them..last nights match showed that
