Why did we loan Lukaku to you should of loaned him to Wigan who actually need a good striker.

Saying that if Lukaku is going to be any good for us in the future he should be getting in a team over Shane Long so hope he keeps taking his chances then knocks Long off the #1 striker perch

To be fair...

A team like Norwich/Wigan etc he probably would of played week in week out regardless. Not going to happen with our choice of strikers.

Still, he really like it here. Couple of interviews where he's says hes already settled with the rest of the squad and already seems to of struck up a relationship with us fans.

Think he finally feels wanted.

And I wouldn't want any of those strike forces over ours! Also Newcastle are a top 6 side so you can't list them

ok which one of newcastle or liverpool can i list? both have better strikers than WBA

Why is there a Forest fan on the PL board?

He's mentioned all those teams strikeforce's and i wouldn't swap a single one with ours

Did he really give Stoke's and Norwich's

Do you think he's still bitter from the 09/10 season? You know the one when they thought they'd go up over us

Or is it because we've just sold them their new best player who was our joint 7th best striker

last seasons prem goals
WBA
Peter Odemwingie = 10
Shane Long = 8
Norwich
Grant Holt = 15
Steve Morison = 9

When we were playing our most defensive football and with Odem and Long both picking up a series of niggling injuries which saw them miss a fair few games including a heart scare for Long.

Long
32 appearances 8 goals

Odem
28 games 10 goals

Holt
35 games 15 goals

Morrison
33 games 9 goals

So in total Long and Odem got 18 goals in 60 games with being mainly one or the other starting most games last year in a defensive side whilst Morisson & Holt got 24 goals in 68 games when both were usually starting in a more attacking side.

So still yes I would much rather have our strikers then theirs, also Liverpool finished outside the top 6 so you obviously compare theirs to ours numbskull and yes I would still rather have our striker force then theirs considering ours actually took their chances on Saturday rather then wasting chance after chance after chance.

Enjoy the chumpionship once again, still bitter I see maybe you can get the little poison dwarf back yet again for your annual play off misery.

Oh deary you think you're upsetting me? If you want to act like an idiot then I will treat you like one now run along back to your Championship board and reminisce about how you beat us and were going to finish above us all those years ago

As a spurs fan I actually think that currently your striker options are better than ours, as Defoe can't really play the loan striker role we need him to leaving only Adebayour - who I would rate as the best striker at either club currently. If we get Damiao then it will swing in our favour again.

Also I would love Shane Long at Spurs, quality striker that doesn't get the respect he deserves, he absolutely runs defences into the ground.

spurs goal threat comes from midfield as much as from the strikers and that is what makes them one of the most exciting teams to watch, as a neutral.

thou you would expect them to sign another striker, i didnt know they were in for Damiao, he is very good
