If Walcott became available most teams would be in for him. He would probably be played as a striker and a decision we would live to regret

Bring Jesus in, he can save our season.

If his homesickness issues are behind him, I would love to sign him

AS is hardly a reliable source

Kam, no chance for that price. Sevilla won't let go of Navas for much less than what his buyout clause says (€35M I think).

didnt Walcot start as a striker at Southampton

always thought thats his best position

would score loads of goals off the shoulder - he is a very good finisher

dare i say it - would love him at spurs!

How do you know his home sickness issues are gone? i doubt he has been away from home for a sustained period of time

Walcott will never play upfront for us.

To me Walcott looks very distant from the team! I think he wants to leave too, all his homies have left, who else does he have?

Homesick should not be an issue. If Cazorla recommended him, I think they communited already. Also Gunners now have 2 Spanish players in Cazorla and Arteta. They will help him to adapt.
The problem is, 15m is almost impossible to get a player like him.

"To me Walcott looks very distant from the team"

...no, no, he just is that short.

Someone heard Wenger say "Jesus" when we were playing Sunderland. This is how the rumour was started.

I want Walcott to stay. I think he'll be used as a striker if Navas comes then.

Get rid of Chamakh and Park. Giroud Podolski and Theo are good strikers to have.

I always thought he was a goalie.

Theo to play up front, plenty of quality

walcott has loads of friends at the club! Him and Ox are best friends! He could never leave Ox!

Walcott better than Navas

I would like nevas to come in then walcott to be tried up front. He is certainly more useful then chamakh and bendtner!
anyway we dont need nevas at the moment! We need CM and a defender.
But if Arshavin left, making room for Nevas, then we got sahin and a defender, I would be very happy indeed!

Phil Nevas?

Walcott will be signing a new contract in the near future, I rate navas coming as a 0% chance.

posted on 22/8/12

Yeah I agree. Walcott will stay. We wont get nevas. And I would be happy if that was the case.

Navas isn't all that. Rather we spend money on a striker/right back.
