Walcott > Sinclair.
Would much prefer to sign Walcott.
I reckon Walcott will be another Downing, no footballing intelligence, just can run fast.
I hope we do not get Walcott. He has been at Arsenal for so many years with great players and has not improved. The gooners are not bothered if he leaves.
If there was a positive about him, he gets a fair few goals and assists for his club but am sure Sinclaire can get that for less wages and fee.
IMO!!

We do need someone for the right - I don't think Borini is the answer there.
I'd rather have Walcott myself but neither are World beaters.
Walcott >>>>>>>> Sinclair. Walcott got 8 league goals and 11 league assists so how can you compare to Downing?

No we really shouldn't.
A Walcott player is exactly who we need in our formation.
Why do you thing Rodgers had 2 of them at Swansea?
Walcott all the way for me

And Downing has a very good footballing brain. He lacks fight is all.
Walcott has no footballing brain but has no fear.
They are yin and yang.

We should do the same to Shelvey & Henderson

I think they'd make a lovely couple
They could get a flat in Brighton

compared in terms of footballing intelligence, both of these players do not have footballing intelligence.
I did mention that Walcott does get his fair share of goals and assists and Downing got his fair share of goals and assists for A.Villa before he came ti Liverpool.
If Downing plays on the left and was asked to go down the line and cross, then he will do well but as a wide forward there is more responsibility to create and he cannot do that.
I put Walcott in that same bracket because he can run down the line and probably thats all he can do. how many times has his final ball been cr*p.
Walcott is the better player firstly and secondly he would be the better option for us, as he isn't as similar to Sterling as Sinclair is.
Walcott is quite obviously a better option for us.
He is right sided or central for a start, where as Sinclair is left sided or central.
We don't need a primarily left sided player.
Walcott is similar in style to Nathan Dyer who Rodgers had at Swansea, but more productive. I am sure Rodgers would work wonders with Walcott, whereas he has already done about all he can do with Sinclair, who I don't think will improve much in the rest of his career despite being young.
