Meu he didn't just win cups with Porto, he smashed the league. Went unbeaten, won the league with a month to go, won the treble, when the previous season they don't get a CL place. Plus season before he took Academica from a relegation side candidate to comfortably in midtable within a few months.
he needs time i agree but has to cut out the negative crap at home games.. i dont want to see us playing two holding players against teams that lost 5-0 the week before

Blue Kenyan......nah ! I live in Portugal and the season he won the league was a season of transition for Benfica. Academica were never in danger of relegation. The locals are astonished that having failed so spectacularly at Chelsea he'sa got a second chance at Spurs. I hope he does well for Spurs' sake.

If you look at the attitude of some of our players, he looks like he's losing the dressing room as it is.
I wont boo the team - thats just childs play, but he deserves all the criticism he's getting right now.
And the quicker Levy realises his downfall at Chelsea wasn't down to JT & Lampard bullying him, the better. He's out his depth & although we're only 3 games in, it sticks out a mile.
It was nice competing at the elite end of the league for a while, but its back to mid-table for us now i'm afraid.

As i say, its the manager's job to get the players playing, not the players job to inject football know-how into the manager's brain.
When we hear that JT & Lampard took over the dressing room, everyone on here were saying they were ego-maniacs taking over & making AVB's life hell - now you're claiming our players should take over & start telling the manager how to do his job.
Making excuses for the manager in this way is not a good start.
