Romero, VDV and Bentancur made a difference 2nd half, liking Bergvall, like to see him fill in for Maddison or replace
Positives in 2nd half...
Gray - looks a real find. Very composed on ball, good passer, technician. Good engine.
Bergvall - very strong, won a lot of ball for us, technically very good. Good weight of pass.
Bentancur - looked strong and sharp, didn't give away. Very assured. Hopefully a big season from him this year. I trust him far more than bissouma in there.
Romero, Micky and udogie - all played to their strengths. Udogie looked very sharp - really need proper cover for him.
Negatives
Johnson - I honestly can't remember him touching the ball.
Werner - looks like he'll give it away at every chance. Very predictable. Run down line and cross.
Spence - playing at left back and massively exposed, positional awareness was quite poor at back post. Looked ok going forward.
Davies - how long do we have to put up with him ? Not good enough in any position.
Son - one of those games from him again, poor first touch, almost looked dstracted. Was found early in good positions but didn't deliver.

Davies is not a Cb worrying he’s gonna be 4th choice
Johnson is anonymous
The 6 never covers the defence
Maddison is poor
Not watching though tbf

Son doesn't seem to have the legs anymore, a few years ago he would have raced away and scored with a couple of those chances
I thought we looked alright apart from the set pieces

In the content of playing three games a week, the two sides we played could be similar if Ange wanted to make changes between a Thurs and Sunday.
The plus - the mid in the 2nd half looked better but also having Romero, Micky and Udogie back made a telling difference.
There is a still a lack of depth on the left hand side of defence.
Between both sides we can put out a decent 11 with Solanke to come in too.
Disappointed not to see Donley or Devine come on.

What do you mean disappointed?

Good to see Kulu on the scoresheet again. Seems to be a good option for the 9 going into the season Z z z.

Very excited for our season to start.
Not convinced by Leicester who have lost their manager, I have no idea why their current guy is rated so highly, he spent a lot at Forest and barely kept them up, now he has had nothing to spend lost a couple key players who got them up, has injuries.
I just see their confidence as very fragile and he'll set them up deep and look to counter so expect us to control and dominate
I will be happy with any win, delighted if it includes a clean sheet but will be slightly disappointed if it is not a comfortable win. Teams likes this should not be causing us too many issues.

That plus go and read the Leicester comments on this site - they are a state.
We should be winning this fairly comfortably.
I’m saying 3-1 Spurs with them scoring a header from a corner/freekick
Could and probably should batter them by enough to put us top of the league!
So I'm expecting a nervy 1-0.
I'm expecting a nervy 7-0 win to Spurs, with us not making sure of it with the 7th goal until injury time.

And even then in that final 45 seconds you will be thinking - I’d settle for a draw
What's that? We could go top of the league tonight?
Come on then.
I'll take a one nil to tamper expectations.

Be great if Solanke gets a debut goal…..rather than waiting for it and the pressure building on him
