BJ I still don't get the hype with him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only the clueless hype him up tbf. Said after 3 games last season one of the worst players I have seen in a Spurs shirt. 47mill
Yeah Bergvall was the biggest highlight for me. Looks very natural and comfortable on the ball. He could be some player when he develops further.
Sarr did sod all in that game, really needs to step up and improve

Interestingly, when Leicester were getting on top, a player like Hojbjerg would have been great. We lost discipline which is the same old story. I’d love to say we’re going to make real progress this year but I just can’t see it. Not clinical enough and too easy to counter.

That display isn't going to land us much hope against Arsenal, Newcastle and United. Postecoughatyou might be hanging by a thread by then.

Am afraid another who struggles technically. Good engine but needs to deliver on the ball a bit more. Really liking the look of Bergvall.

No way Levy will take a hit on him so he’ll be here for the next theee seasons
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He is feckin dreadful. Honestly, 47m is a joke and my worry is that he was Ange’s pick by all accounts and if that is the case then that makes me worry a little about Solanke. Probably unfair but if he thinks Johnson starts over Kulu then his player judgement is nuts.

We let them back in. Playing BJ for so long. Everything stops when he gets it
How did he start?
How did he come out for the 2nd half?
How did he stay on so long?
Who thought playing Tino on the right was a good idea?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed, BJ is prob the worst footballer in the team regarding technique and fundamentals like ball control.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That moment when he won the ball and then tripped over and lost it again.
There were a few moments like that in the game for us. Maddison with his poor control outside the box was another.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly. Sometimes I think he plays football thinking he is better than he is. He is at his best when he moves lots and keeps his football to a quick pass and move. When he dallies he makes mistakes and usually loses the ball or slows down momentum imo

The main worry is we dominated the 1st halt and Leicesters pressure on us was non existent. But once the applied a tiny bit of pressure/challenge in the second half and we looked so poor……. This worries me a lot.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is what I’m talking about. When we are on top the players think its all fun and games and miss chance after chance. They have no blood lust.
Yet we concede as soon as we experience a bit of pressure.
Think about it. When we are on the other side of a dominant half like Leicester were today, we don’t go down 1-0. We go down 3/4 -0 like against fulham, brighton, Newcastle etc. No bottle these players
Let’s take some positive…. We got a point away. Yeah we should have won at a canter on the 1st half display but we didn’t lose.
Hopefully lessons will be learned by the players and Ange or maybe not and Ange will pay the price.

None I’d wager.

Yep, feck it. We’ll win the league next season instead when City are punished.
Maddison looked back to his best and Bergvall looks a real diamond. Need to get those shooting boots on though.

I said it on an another article earlier today. He just has a sort of clueless look to his face and it makes me think he's always going to do stuff like this and not really progress enough.
I'm really looking forward to seeing Oderbert play now given what we were subjected to from BJ and Werner. To be honest Son annoyed me as well. Our wingers were all poor.
Let’s hope this Odobert has something about him.
What happened to Son in that second half, I forgot all about him!
Udogie was really throughout I thought.
Romero for the goal was shocking and for me that’s where he lets himself down of being world class, he lacks that vital concentration.
Positive was definitely Bergvall who will be some player!

Won't matter how good Maddison and Bergvall look though. Our leaky defence will continue to be our undoing.

If Ange is serious about this job, I want to see Romero dropped for Dragusin in the next game just for conceding that goal which was entirely his fault.
Ange needs to coach a team that can keep the odd clean sheet. The amount of goals we concede is shocking and it is down to him and his system.
He needs to quickly learn otherwise he won't be here much longer

Agree 100%. Romero was completely at fault and needs to facking wise up and defend for his team
If that's us being, in Ange's own words, better prepared this season than last season, then it's worrying.
