Just need to convert our good opportunities (eg when Son is 1v1 or whatever) into better quality chances.

What the fack was Romero doing chasing a lost cause on half way for the goal. So facking obvious how that would end up.

Maddison immediately off. Offers nothing whatsoever.

Another game where the basics totally escape us. Soft as fack in a big away game. As usual.

Yes we have. Switched off the goal but at times we looked like we were at home.

The usual vaginas will be wet because they have a reason to be self decificating which they all love.

We did ok in large patches in terms of keeping the ball and working it around but did not create any real scoring opportunities other than long range efforts.

Yeah, I’m a bit fed up of Maddison, hasn’t really contributed once again.

Maddison should be pretty replaceable now. Should sub him off see what Bergvall can offer

Madders is not the problem it’s the very little and poor movement in front of him. His game is generally to pick out that movement. As a progressive team under Ange we don’t pass and move a lot.

We’ve really improved our squad this summer so I’m sure he can make changes that will have an impact from the bench.

Maybe bring on Archie Gray to toughen up our midfield.

Or Johnson to terrorise their full-back.

We've been ok, son been the best he's been for a while. Sarr been good.

Just sometimes we are craving for the fullbacks to overlap rather than come inside, would really help open up teams who sit back on us. Really unfortunate to have Richy, solanke and lankshear all out at same time after just two games!

Dragu done well too, looked good on the ball, couple of slip ups but hardly played really. Much prefer him on right of defence.

My big concerns are the straight ball into bissouma from vicario with his back to goal, bissouma not known or his decision making and technique. Would rather it was bentancur there.

Vicario playing out on his left foot, you can sense Newcastle smell blood.

Still prefer this over Conte, Jose football, that was dire.

We really are such a meh football team, all Levy`s making

Some have their likes and dislikes and agendas. Maddison is the go to scapeoat for some.

He's looked decent today better from deep as I think with no striker and a low block we've struggled to create that clear chance.

Some good creative set pieces which is good to see and a change from last season.

We're comfortably in this game and a bit unlucky to be behind. They're gonna drop off even more so we need to be smart to score but we are lacking that no.9
