Our points per game in 2024 is the worst it's been since 2008.

But imagine if we kept Ramos. Imagine if we still had him wheee would be

wolves hired a manager I’ve never heard of, players seem to like him and they’ve taken 7 points from his first 3…. Sounds good to me… I honestly don’t care who we hire as long as he doesn’t play football the way Ange wants to
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In the same vein am sure you had previously heard of Amorim. How is he doing.??
New manager won’t make a difference. The last 6 years has proved that. We have gone for all types of managers and got nowhere.
New owners, new ideas. New investment Is what is needed. Think and Spend on quality like a big club.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All sounds so easy but unless you have 7bln quid Enic aren’t going anywhere… so are you happy with Ange and 12th place ? Yes /no

So we're absolute dogshiiit but we need to keep the manager because other managers haven't won anything? Got it.

Isn't the idea to see if they can improve? You only find that out by giving them a chance.

You forget the bit about chooses the manager. I'll give you a clue, no one on this board...

Tbf wanting the board out is as valid as wanting the manager out. We don't have control over either

Even Levy can get things right by accident. You won't want to read it but Poch was one of his successes even if it wasn't his first choice. As was Redknapp at the time. As clueless as the bald fraud is, he can still do what a broken clock does.

I’m really on the fence about Ange out.

One hand the results are poor and we’re making the same mistakes.

On the other hand, the squad is thin on first team quality, and plenty of injuries.

I am leaning towards him having more time to figure it out, still in all the cups. Would rather reassess at the end of the season.

Haven’t been happy with the position our last 5 managers left us either. You can’t just pluck top managers from trees because you don’t like the current one. They are all not lining up and waiting for the spurs job.
I see Iraolas name been mentioned. The same Iraola that took 10 games to win his 1st Bournemouth game.
Doubt he would have lasted that long with some on here.

Jol was good as well and I will die on the hill of Conte as well, it’s just Levy didn’t want to back him after he got us in the CL from being 10th in October.

But we want to back a guy who has won 30 of the last 78 points - the equivalent of 10 wins from our last 26 games

How can anyone compare Ange to any of our last few managers. He's 11th and of teams below us win their game in hand we could go 14th.

14th FFS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Its always black and white with some fans! Yes the league table and results, very good.

Ange is the only manager in the last five years or so that has started a complete rebuild which was getting rid of a lot of our more experienced players and replacing them with youngsters.

This is clearly going to take time.

The circumstances at the moment are that games are coming think and fast and we have hardly any centre backs and players like Solanke having to play every minute as Richarlison is injured.

Why don't we wait until after the January window at least to see how we strengthen the squad and see how the results go in the new year?

That sums up how I'm feeling too. He is trying everything he can to get us results, I'm not convinced anyone else coming in gets us many more points.

If he loses the dressing room he's done, obviously, but I don't think we're there yet. And sacking a manager the players like and actually isn't the cause of our bad form could just be going from the frying pan to the fire. See: United and Amorim.

Do you think spurs can fix this in January? Last year with all their stats and personnel, they just managed to get a Werner loan and dragusin over the line.

He'll be gone after the Liverpool game if not before. I don't think we even have to speculate anymore as it's just a matter of when, not if.

As long as it isn't Southgate then I guess of the names we have been linked with they would do, assuming there isn't some unseen candidate.

Did you wish Ramos to be given top the end of the season on 2008?

A rebuild yes, fair enough. But not sitting in 11th and possibly 14th soon is not acceptable. Would you accept relegation but excuse or with a rebuild?

Starting today he still had quality players. He just doesn't get anything out of them.

Is Werner even going to be here at the end of Jan? Hope not. We need a new face up top along with a left sided defender, oh and maybe a keeper as well. Plus injured players to come back.

Look, if you are happy with Ange then fair enough. But don't be surprised if some are not. Surely you understand that, whether you agree or not
