I’d argue it’s a bad rule, but the rule was applied correctly there.

That’s the point - it’s not counted as handball as it wasn’t deliberate and his arm was by his side. So if it’s not handball then you can’t disallow the goal. Pretty simple really

If that handball happens in the area is disallowed 100% ….. why ???? It’s the same incident outside the box. That’s why it’s a bad decision
