We started well but going as expected. Just thankful it’s only 2-1. Fear for us second half as Newcastle are in full control and will score at will.

Theres nothing Ange can do or say to change it either. Unless there’s a miracle on the pitch.

Gray is a very accomplished player, not playing in his strongest position, how often do you notice him make a basic error compared to the dross alongside him in Dragusin

I'd take BJ and Sarr off, move Kulu to the right and have Bissouma, Madders and Bergvall in the middle to try and actually compete.

I just don’t think you can criticise gray atm. It’s mental that the eighth richest club in the world is having to play an 18 year old midfielder at cb. It’s not his fault at all. Just hope it doesn’t ruin his confidence

Levy doesn't need CL money with a squad on such low wages, he'd have to pay more out if we were pushing for the CL, which it isn't guaranteed we'd finish in the top 4. However low wages are guaranteed

Ange won't get sacked cos of it, happy to bring through youth players on low wages and save Levy a fortune, if we got top 4 then that's just a nice bonus in the bank account.

Then again, i was thinking how bad is austin for forster to keep getting picked but from what we can see today, hes decent.

Think Sarr will do better with better ball players around him. He is not the technical go to guy that will drive us forward. he is better around the pitch breaking things up.

I'm willing to give Dragusin another manager before writing him off. Difficult to play CB in this kamikaze system. However, he has been very disappointing when given a long run in the team.

. Sarr is a good player with a bright future. But today he is way off it. Bergvall has been the better player in the middle today. We are being done in midfield so Ange needs to change it immediately. He needs to get Bissouma and Madders in there with Bergvall and put Kulu out wide
