I'd play Dier and Fazio and sell Chiriches to the local taxi firm I use, loads of Romanians work there.

Whoever scouted/signed him has some answers as to what he though he see in him.

I like the way Townsend and his co commentator failed to mention that it was Spurs reserves playing agains the Besiktas first XI.
