I can see Spurs improving steadily as the early season progresses. This was very disappointing though as Utd were not great and it was an unecessary error from us that gifted them the points.
I am optimistic , we'll have a good season.
Oh well.....onwards and upwards....get 'em at the lane.....

Totally agree i feel Utd were there for the taking today.
At times especially in the 2nd half it looked like we just didnt want to get the ball forward.
We did well last 10 mins but it was too late.

Yes, Utd seemed happy with 1 nil in the 2nd half yet it took us an eternity to put any pressure on them.

Lack of experience or leadership in midfield maybe...
Yes we need an old head in midfield someone who is a leader and a winner. Cambiasso short term would have been a great signing. We will have to find someone similar.
Attacking wise we need pace and creativity.
Really hope we smash Stoke today!
They did us twice last season
Hope to see some Poch 'philosophy' and a performance!

I can't remember seeing us play 'high tempo' game for years.
Actually, Chelsea and Arsenal last season, but those turned out to be anomalies, let's see those performances every week!

If Townsend isn't 100%, it'd be Eriksen wide, and I'd unleash Alli D on them....gut feeling
