Grandspur. Not true. Pochettino said the other day he would go with 2 strikers if we had a decent enough option. He's not afraid to go 2 upfront. It's a pathetic situation, 1 striker ffs!!!
Kane just not looking good ATM thus meaning we don't look very good
Don,
He might if he had Neymar and Suarez but he has not done it in the time he has been in England so far.
I thought the defence was awful tonight, they could not clear the ball, they were lucky they only conceded one. When you play Leicester you have to put yourself on the line, not all this tippy tappy shiiiite. Having said that Spurs were totally mugged again.
Would anyone be sorry to see Eriksen go if a team came in for him with a large fee? Don't think I would.
Sandy
We gave the ball away far to much tonight. Carroll is not good enough, eriksen hides whenever the going gets tough and Lamela was pretty poor tonight.

I would happily see him sold I cant stand a bottle case in a football team and he is a bottle case

I would clearly a great player but needs to be consistent more. Remember he's only 23 himself
Eriksen let's face it has been one of the worst players this season
Hengy
What about the fact that he pulls out of tackles left right and centre?
I'd accept a good fee for Eriksen, either that or Poch should kick him up the backside - he isn't contributing like we know he can do. Very poor corners and free kicks tonight.
Just so annoyed we've passed up yet another opportunity. standard I suppose
He's an average passenger who we see less and less good form from as a season progresses. He had a good 4 or 5 games after he came back from injury and then sod all.
The sad thing is there's nobody good enough to really oust Eriksen from the first team.
Grand
I see plenty players pull out of tackles Carroll being the worse for it.
Eriksen is there to create chances and he does that ( 3rd most in the league )
See him on more than 1 occasion track back from edge of there area and make a block by our box
He's just this season scapegoat

Season's not over yet so I wouldn't get despondent. Really don't understand why Son doesn't start.

A completely gutless performance against what I consider the new Wimbledon.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're comparing Leicester with Wimbledon?
Hengy
I have to disagree. Carroll should not even be near the first team agreed but Eriksen bottles things and IMO if you are not prepared to get hurt dont pull on the damned shirt.
Carroll is only in cos Dembele is injured Eriksen is considered first choice. Sorry but not for me.

I dont think playing Son as the main striker is a viable option personally

I'm just thinking it may free Kane up a bit and Son would provide some pace to stretch defences.
------------------------------------------------------------------
I think Kane is tried and trusted so I would not gamble on weakening us in two places to cover one place.
Thats my way of thinking I dont think Son is physically strong enough to play up front on his own.
Some good news apparently Dembele has a new deal & Townsend about to go

Who's buying Townsend?
