I know it may seem a harsh thing to say considering with better finishing we could easily be 3 or 4 nil up going into half time but if I was Poch I would be giving them the biggest rollicking of all time. The fact that Harry has given us a 1-0 lead just on half time doesn't excuse the fact that we must do better particularly with our passing and decision making.

Now that we have got into the lead Villa will get nervous and we should make our superior ability pay and produce a comfortable victory and gain confidence and momentum which will be all important for a sustained title challenging run in.

Any criticism of Kane is ridiculous. He score goals on a consistent basis. We haven't been able to say that about a striker since we had Berba and Keane.

He missed two fairly difficult chances but when you need him most he is, more often than not, clinical. Given what is being asked of him, and his age, he is doing a fine, fine job. His finishing is superb.

His selfish nature this season has at times meant we miss grest opportunities to score and end up on the back foot whennthe other team switch on.

We all like Kane but when you shoot from random positions ALL the time instead of going for the smart assist then youre open to criticism.

not negativity... just realism.... his decision making at times is dreadful and he shoots a lot of time instead of passing to team mates for tap ins.. the best strikers in the world all tee their mates up if they are in a better position. look at the barca front 3

How old is he again how many seasons has he been playing? Give him a chance to develop, ffs its not like he's a seasoned pro.

People talk as if he should be at his peak, he's 22 in his 3nd full season, he's nowhere near his potential.

The good thing is his been below last season form but still scoring loads which can only be good.

I dont see why anyone would be offended or shocked at fans criticising Kane. We are pointing out here he can improve not calling him Heskey

He is already on 21 in all competitions this season

I thaught it felt loose last night

once he gets the mask off he'll be back

So will we score more goals 2nd half? or will Villa get back in the game?

Definitely reminds me of a young Sheringham. Everyone remembered him for his decision making and positioning. Although these traits came in his late to mid twenties.
