Player pressure might eventually be the end of Jose, if the rumours are true. If he loses Kane and Son, he's a goner.

There is no way Levy is sanctioning Kane's sale. He's the most important player at the club and will have a lot of say and soft power. In a choice between keeping Jose and potentially losing Kane, Jose goes every time, even if it costs.

Problem is, Son and Kane are too professional and decent to kick up a stink and Mourinho's on a ludicrous contract that we'll cost a bomb to pay off. For a canny operator, Levy got that one very wrong.
