Thinking about it, wasn't that game against Blackburn? Went to that and also remember it was on MOTD. Not sure if that was the actual game where he surfed the crowd.

Just checked, and Dougan's first match as Wolves Chairman was at home to Blackburn 1982

Wolves won 2-1 with a Mel Eves winner.
